Sweat=Effective Workout

Many people may assume that in order to have an effective workout, they must be sweating. But in actuality, sweating is just your body regulating temperature. The amount you sweat depends on factors like genetics, humidity, and fitness level, NOT just how many calories you burn.

Venue, Wayfinding & Parking

The backdrop for this year's Hall of Fame & Alumni Awards Dinner will be the beautiful LockKeepers, nestled riverside in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, serving delectable Italian cuisine and fresh seafood with a charming ambiance.

Wayfinding

LockKeepers is conveniently located at 8001 Rockside Road, Valley View, OH 44125 just 1 mile from the KSUCPM campus.

Please note that due to construction in the area, the Rockside Road entrance to LockKeepers is closed to left turns and a detour may be necessary.
