On Saturday, 154 canine visitors and 232 human companions came to Ģý's Kent Campus for the annual Dog Days of Summer event, sponsored by Ģý's Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. Additionally, 154 dogs and 116 people attended the event virtually and posted photos with the hashtag #FlashesFurever.
For a donation of $5 human participants received a Ģý fanny pack and dogs received an honorary degree in "Barkology." Donations benefit Ģý Police Services' K, supporting Ģý's K-9 officers.
