Sparks fly from a welding torch as workers assemble the steelwork on the Ģý Ice Arena for the Ģý Ice Arena/Band Educational Facility Renovations project.
The $13.25 million project includes the creation of an indoor practice facility for the Marching Golden Flashes and the Flasher Brass; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades; a new roof; and restroom renovations. Construction is scheduled to be completed in September 2024.
