If you are requesting an "In Memory" listing for a deceased member of the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Community, please fill out your personal contact information, and select "In Memory of (to recognize/honor alumni who have passed)," from the "Class Note Category" drop-down box, to be directed to the In Memory submission section of the form.
